…an organization or person who has given countless hours to improve the lives of older adults and their caregivers?
Nominate them for the AGE Awards Dinner on April 23, 2010! Recognize the achievements and contributions of vision, time, dedication and money that have made a significant impact on the older adult community in Central Texas and/or money that has made a significant impact on you, your organization or the quality of life in Central Texas. Potential honorees do not have to have a connection with AGE, these awards are for the entire aging community.
The four categories include:
• The Willie Kocurek Vital Aging Award
• The Bert Kruger Smith Vision Award
• The AGE Philanthropy Award
• The AGE Community Service Award
Nomination form is available online at www.ageofaustin.org. Email email@example.com or fax 451-3110 by Nov 11, 2009. Submit as many nominations as you like. Please include a written description of the person’s achievements and why they should win the award, along with the application form. Award winners will be chosen by the AGE Awards Nomination Committee and honorees will be notified in early December. Winners need to be present at the Annual Age Awards Dinner on April 23, 2010.
